This structured, supportive space helps you understand the deeper reasons behind procrastination—whether it’s fear, self-doubt, or overwhelm—and equips you with simple, practical tools to take action. Group therapy allows you to learn from others facing similar challenges, feel less alone, and stay accountable in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
