Join our free, online group therapy on Inner Child Therapy, conducted every Thursday from 8–9 PM for 12 weeks, led by expert psychologists at MindTribe. This gentle, supportive space helps you reconnect with your inner self, release deep-rooted self-criticism, and replace it with compassion and understanding. Through guided exercises and shared reflections, you’ll begin to heal emotional wounds, build resilience, and develop a stronger sense of acceptance and inner strength. Group therapy reminds you that your struggles are valid—and that healing is possible when you don’t face it alone.
