How you see yourself shapes everything—your choices, relationships, and confidence. Join our free, online group therapy on Self-Esteem, conducted every Tuesday from 8–9 PM for 12 weeks, led by expert psychologists at MindTribe. This safe, supportive space helps you explore negative self-beliefs, understand where they come from, and gently challenge them. Through guided discussions and practical exercises, you’ll learn to build confidence, develop self-acceptance, and create a healthier relationship with yourself. Group therapy also offers connection—you’ll realize you’re not alone in how you feel, and grow alongside others on the same journey.
