Join our free, online group therapy on Breakup Recovery, conducted every Wednesday from 8–9 PM for 12 weeks, led by expert psychologists at MindTribe. This safe, non-judgmental space helps you process difficult emotions, understand attachment patterns, and begin healing at your own pace. Through guided conversations and shared experiences, you’ll rebuild your sense of self, regain emotional strength, and learn how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
