Saturday, 25th April – Relationship Anxiety

 

Relationships can sometimes become a source of constant worry—fear of losing the other person, overthinking interactions, or needing repeated reassurance. This workshop explores the roots of relationship anxiety, including attachment patterns, past experiences, and fear of vulnerability. Participants will learn how these patterns influence behaviour and emotional responses in close connections. The session focuses on building emotional security, managing anxious thoughts, and creating healthier, more stable relationship dynamics.
